Underfloor heating manifold with pipes

Install first, then apply

You apply for the subsidy after the heat pump has been installed, through RVO, the Netherlands Enterprise Agency. You need DigiD for that. Don’t wait too long: there is a deadline, which you can find on the RVO website.

Which documents you need

The invoice, proof of payment and the registration code of the heat pump. That code is on the invoice if we do the installation. For a heat pump RVO also asks for a form showing it has been set up correctly. We fill that in with you after the installation.

How long does it take?

You usually hear within eight weeks whether your application has been approved. The money then often arrives in your account within a few weeks.
