You can get a subsidy for a heat pump through the ISDE scheme. Applying isn’t difficult, as long as you know which documents you need and when.

Frequently asked questions
How soon can you fit a new boiler?
Usually within a week of your go-ahead. If your boiler has really died, we can often do it within two working days.
Will you come for a breakdown if I don’t have a plan?
Yes, on working days. The call-out and first half hour then cost €89. Subscribers do get priority.
Do you work on district heating?
The district heating unit belongs to the heat supplier, so we are not allowed to touch it. The pipes and radiators behind it, we can.
Can I pay in instalments?
For installations you pay 30% when placing the order and the rest on completion. For a heat pump you could also consider a loan from the Warmtefonds; we can help you with that.
