Since 2011
Ruud van Leeuwen spent ten years as an engineer at a large installation company. He saw customers wait three weeks for an engineer who then turned up with the wrong parts. In 2011 he went out on his own, with one van and one firm rule: anyone who calls gets an answer the same day.
Now there are nine of us: six engineers, a tiler, Samira on scheduling and Ruud, who still does the tricky jobs himself. We are CO certified for gas appliances and F-gas certified for heat pumps, and we do more than 400 installations a year.
