Quotes
A quote is valid for 30 days. Subsidy amounts in a quote are an estimate; what you actually receive is decided by RVO.
Extra work
If it turns out during the job that more is needed, for example a new flue because the old one no longer meets the rules, we talk to you first. Nothing extra happens without your agreement.
Payment
For installations we ask for 30% when you place the order and the rest after completion, within 14 days. Maintenance plans are paid monthly by direct debit.
Guarantee
Our installation work comes with a 2 year guarantee. The boiler or heat pump itself is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, usually 5 to 10 years if it is serviced every year.
Liability
If something goes wrong through our mistake, we'll fix it. Our liability is limited to the invoice amount, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
